If you imagine a line drawn through the centre of the body, there are five zones on either side of this median line.
Each zone relates to the fingers and toes.
Extends from the big toe, Up the body to the brain and then down the arm to the thumb.
Extends from the second toe, up the body to the brain and then down the arm to the index finger.
Extends from the third toe, up the body to the brain and then down the arm to the middle finger.
Extends from the fourth toe, up the body to the brain and then down the arm to the third finger.
Extends from the little toe up the body to the brain and then down the arm to the little finger.
The zones are of equal width and extend through the body from front to back. They are like segments of the body and are not tine lines like the meridian lines of Acupuncture and shiatsu.
The line marking between each zone extends from the web of the finger to the web of the toe.
Although the above description shows the zone as extending from the toes up to the brain and down to the fingers, the description could be given the reverse way as from fingers to toes.
It is within these zones that the energy flow links the organs in that zone.
If one area is out of order the whole of the zone may be affected.
The feet are a perfect mini-map of the whole body.
All organs and body structures having reflex points laid out in the same arrangement on the feet as in the body.
