Meditation - Thoughts flooding
It may sound easy to relax and do a simple breathing excercise, but then you find all sorts
of weird thoughts come into your brain. What can you do?
You start itching, thoughts seem louder, every sound seems loud and annoying.
Just keep going. Don't worry, meditation is a learning process. It takes time, but just
ignore the thoughts.
Soothing music may help, but not too loud.
Your mind is used to being in total control and always thinking, it has to be trained to relax
and slow down for meditation, and this can take time. Keep practising.
View these thoughts from a distance, do not think of them, but view them as unimportant and do not
require your attention.
