Meditation - Relaxing the mind

When you breath out, imagine all the tensions and worries being breathed out. This may sound silly, but just think it, whilst still enjoying the tranquility, and relaxing your body.

  • Follow the first steps
  • Do not attempt to control your breath, just observe and be aware of the air entering and leaving your nose.
  • If thoughts enter, just dismiss them and focus back on breathing.
  • After a while, you notice something very weird. You have the sensation that your are 'being breathed'.
