Meditation will not remove all your problems, but help with how you deal with them, and reduce your general, useless worrying.
Through meditation, you will learn more about yourself, and others, and will be more open and able to emphasise with others who have troubles.
You will become more tolerant, and less judging, as you have removed a lot of barriers to clear thinking.
When you have a problem, write it down on some paper and read it out.
Now start meditating, but DO NOT focus on the problem at hand.
Keep calm and seek your calm.
As you do this, you can seek answers, and they insights will pop into your mind. Your allowing yourself to think differently, and insights and ideas will come from that.
Your mind contains all the solutions possible, it's just extracting them. Meditation isn't going to make your life bliss, but it sure helps you along the way.
