Meditation - Finding your stillness
Meditation is a difficult balancing act.
Your mind needs to be alert, but relaxed. Your body needs to be still, but not tense.
Focus on one point in your concerntration, an object, a word, or an idea.
Think of this point as a point of calm, all your thoughts and feelings blow away from it. Leaving you
with pure stillness.
Finally, you will enter into a still altered state of consciousness.
You are now in pure tranquility, no more crazy thoughts entering your mind.
Some people view this position as a circle with a dot in the middle. This is where you become
one with your inner self.
