What it does

this herb's main use has been in whooping cough, asthma and nervous excitability. When taken as a tonic, it acts in a similar way to chamomile flowers and calms night-sweats and nightmares. An infusion of ox-eye daisy flowers is good at relieving bronchial coughs and catarrh. It is also used as a lotion for wounds, bruises and ulcers.
